Hello Blog Followers!

Again, I apologize for the delay in posting-I've been a little busy. Believe it or not, this post was inspired by the film 2001 film, Pearl Harbor.  For those who do not remember this film, if you have about 3 hours to spare...watch this movie. The film stars Ben Affleck, Josh Harnett and Kate Beckinsale (pre-Underworld days).

I recently received HBO and started watching movies and stumbled upon Pearl Harbor and decided to give it another go. I didn't really appreciate it in 2001 but perhaps I was too young. When the movie ended, I found myself catching tear drops. Was it embarrassing? Yes.

I asked my Facebook friends which movies made them cry and learned of some new ones and others that have also tugged at my little heart strings. Here are some of the movies that were recommended, if you wish to have a nice cry.

-About Time
-The Brotherhood of War
-The Shack (this film came up a couple of times)
-Bridges of Madison County
-The Notebook
-Martian Child
-An American Crime
-Dear Zachary
-City of Angels
-Fault in Our Stars
-Marley & Me
-Message in a Bottle
-A Dog's Purpose
-The Color Purple
-The Joy Luck Club
-Rudy
-The Lion King
-Steel Magnolias
-The Elephant Man

My List:
-The Crow
-Lars and the Real Girl
-Pearl Harbor
-Titanic (darn it, hate to admit this one but darn it Jack)

Again, I have seen a handful of the films that were recommended and will be viewing the others by Christmas holiday.

Stay-tuned.
